This Suffolk Honey comes from the beehives in the garden of Chris & Marian Stephens at Trimley. It has been carefully extracted at room temperature and contains no preservatives or additives, just pure honey from their busy bees.

The quality of this latest batch is excellent but the quantity is perhaps half of the usual crop and we have been allocated only a few jars. It's a combination of factors: the local farmers have grown everything except oilseed rape (so no spring season honey) and there's been little nectar available to the bees. The weather in the Felixstowe area has been very dry recently snd the local micro-climate often misses the rain a few miles further inland.

Honey is therefore currently limited to one jar per customer.
