Appropriate glass quantities are available with orders collected from our shop in Ipswich.
Delivery of glasses can usually be arranged in much of Suffolk, Essex and South Norfolk, though there may be a charge if we are also required to collect them. However, if you return the glasses to us cleaned and polished so that they may be used forthwith by other customers there is no charge.
All glasses are checked upon return. A charge of £5.00 per box will be made if further cleaning of the glasses or trays is required by us. Any breakages or incompatible replacements will be charged at £1.50 per glass.
Please let us know when you order if you would like to borrow glasses. It is advisable at peak periods to make arrangements in advance.
